CareScape employees must meet strict identification requirements that are confirmed through the E-Verify hiring eligibility program. CareScape is also the first landscape management company in the country to be certified as a member of the rigorous US Government IMAGE worker ID program.
The Legal Arizona Workers Act requires Arizona employers to use E-Verify. A.R.S. § 23-214. The law provides that an employer that uses E-Verify to verify that an employee is authorized to work in the United States is entitled to a rebuttal presumption that the employer did not knowingly or intentionally employ and unauthorized alien. A.R.S. § 23-212 (1). CareScape maintains compliance with these employee hiring standards.
The US Government’s IMAGE membership certification program focuses on exceptional employers that have the ability to effect change within their industry or region. These employers also serve as an example and role model in the business community while highlighting the importance and viability of immigration compliance. Program participants will be deemed IMAGE certified upon enrollment and completion of IMAGE membership requirements. CareScape is honored to be the first landscape management company to earn IMAGE certification in the country.
